I was referred to 123 Auto by CarMax for warranty work on my 2016 Ford Explorer. I found that dealing with Oleg was a pleasant experience! He determined the problem promptly and also found other issues that were covered under Ford's powertrain warranty. While I had the vehicle at Ford for the repairs that Oleg found he ordered the parts to repair the AC and repaired the vehicle in 2 hours! Oleg was excellent. I recently purchased a BMW and had an issue with the transmission which can run into the thousands of dollars category. I always have a great experience at 123 Auto. Oleg is a great mechanic and very truthful. He never tries to talk you into doing more work than is necessary. Actually quite the opposite if he feels that you should not spend any more money on repairs he will be straight with you. If you still chose to do the work he will obviously do it but is always very up front about it. I have referred 123 Auto to my family, friends and co-workers and all that have been there are very happy with the service they get.
